Kathy
Kathy
Kathy is a member of the Ritchie family and has been the agency manager for many years. Kathy attended Purdue University before joining the agency in 1988. She is a licensed agent and specializes in farm. She can be found speaking to both personal and commercial customers and strives to give all agency clients the best possible service. Kathy is married and has 2 children and 2 grandchildren. Kathy can be found in her butterfly meadow tending the flowers in her spare time. Libbi
Libbi
Libbi is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis. She earned her CPCU in 1995. She joined our agency in 1999 , after working for American States Insurance for 14 years. She has 34 years of insurance experience. Libbi is a licensed agent and enjoys working closely with our commercial clients. Libbi has 2 boys. She’s an avid reader and enjoys traveling both inside and out of the country. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Aimee
Aimee joined the agency in 2000 as a Personal Lines Agent. She is a graduate of Ball State University and has worked in the insurance industry since 1994 as a personal lines and life-health agent. She strives to share her insurance knowledge with clients and provide great customer service. Aimee is married and she and her husband have two sons and a daughter-in-law. When she is not working she can usually be found reading a good book with one of her dogs in her lap, traveling or spending time with family.

Michelle joined the agency in 1986. Michelle is a licensed agent that specializes is personal lines. She strives to provide her clients with great customer service. She takes the time to get to know her customers so that she can give them the best insurance advice. Michelle is married and has 3 children.. She and her family are active in the community. She can be found visiting with friends, attending her children’s various activities, and spending time with family.

Bryan
Bryan came to our agency in 2003 . Bryan is a graduate of The University of North Dakota. Bryan specializes in medicare supplements and life insurance. Bryan has 2 children and 2 grandchildren. Bryan is also a licensed pilot. Bryan enjoys kayaking and loves spending time on the water in Florida, Michigan and Canada.

Lisa
Lisa joined our agency in 2003. She is our accounting specialist and assists with customer service. She earned her NetVU Certification of Insurance Accounting Coursework in 2015. Lisa has 2 children and 1 grandchild. She enjoys traveling, weekends at the lake, and spending time with her family.
